(This is a forum, not a soliloquy. I'll go deeper into the movie only if others post)
Illustrating how slavish and pathetic our condition is, the main character, at age 22, says that gambling was the first time in his life that he ever made any money from using his mind. This must change, or we should use our brains to confiscate the wealth of those who imposed this servitude on us. That's how the dumb jock bully MBAs got all their money anyway. Starting in 5th Grade, High IQs must make money off their talent.
From an early age, we should refuse to cooperate with the educational and employment system. We should make our Brain Strike known, but not surrender just because nothing changes. Through humiliation and isolation, the rich parasites have crippled the vast majority of the gifted, so we can't expect solidarity from those High IQs who are in escapist denial about their slavish treason. Given the fact that we are forced to rebel individually, those who realize that the MBA parasites control us from cradle to grave should refuse to cooperate with school authorities (I expect so little feedback from the captive Internet that I'll wait until some child genius registers before I go into detail about refusing to get good grades).
The movie "21" sets a good example to follow. Dropping out of developing automation devices under MIT's indentured servitude, the hero goes to Las Vegas and lives a life appropriate to his value. This brings me to the counter-intuitive idea that superior minds should identify with superior athletes. A 22-year-old High Draft Prick lives the same Vegas lifestyle our hero did. Do sports fans resent that? No. So what right should those who pretend to appreciate STEM graduates have to oppose High IQs refusing to study without getting paid for it? Put another way, what kind of football team would a college be able to recruit if the athletes had to live just like the other students? That shows how inferior the other students are. The class-biased indentured servitude of the present college regime puts inferior people in superior positions, collapsing the economy. Just like the Twin Towers, where things fell down because of the inferior intelligence of the Central Intelligence Agency.
The parasites who praise STEMs are liars. They despise us, just like fatcats despise mice. They toy with us all our lives.
We should resent being called "gifted." Nobody ever gave us anything except insults and ingratitude. We owe business and society nothing. If because too many of us are maimed, lamed, and tamed, we can't unionize, we can at least deprive the parasites of the ability to make money off us. However, we shouldn't ruin ourselves by making the same sacrifices demanded by them just to make money for ourselves. No starving-artist unpaid apprenticeship. If you choose gambling, for example, start out making money from the kids in your neighborhood, then go higher up in opponents' skill as you get better until the only people who will gamble with you are high-rollers. If you choose entrepreneurship, also start from childhood and work your way up.
